United Rehabilitation Services (URS) provides a comprehensive array of support and services for infants, children, adults and seniors with disabilities or other special needs, from ages 6 weeks through elderly.

URS on-site services include: Adult Daycare, Vocational Habilitation, Young Adult Center, Infant and Child Daycare and Latchkey Center and Employment Services. Our Therapy Center includes outpatient services in Physical, Occupational, Speech and Aquatic therapies and Augmentative Communications.
 
URS has the regions only Early Childhood Education Center servicing typically developing and those with special needs. On-site nurses and therapies are available to support the children as well as staff throughout the day. As a Five Star Program under Ohio Step Up to Quality and a Head Start Partner, URS offers the highest quality of care for all children. 

Employment Services at URS provides job training and assessment, job seeking skills training, career exploration and on the job supports for our clients in the communities we serve.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide supervision and guidance to all Job Coach staff and coordinate case assignments with various employment sites while performing regular spot checks of Job Coaches.  This role also assists individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining competitive employment and attends regular IVP and case management meetings to establish measurable goals.
