LACOSTA is looking for a Full Time General Cleaner to join our team in Beavercreek, OH! 

***We conduct a background check and drug testing***

We are seeking a reliable Trash Collector /Floor Tech to help maintain clean and safe environments. This role involves collecting trash, disposing of waste properly, and performing general cleaning duties in designated areas.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

  • $15.00Hr

Job duties:  Responsible for trash removal and cleaning manufacturing floor, offices, stairwells, lobby, and elevators.

  • Window cleaning
  • Trash and recycling removal
  • Policing ground for litter
  • Sweeping
  • Vacuuming

Floor tech:

  • Clean, strip, wax, buff, and polish hard floor surfaces to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including auto scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, and carpet extractors.
  • Vacuum, shampoo, and spot clean carpets as needed.
  • Collect and dispose of trash while maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas.
  • Perform routine cleaning of hallways, lobbies, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Follow established safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
  • Inspect floors and report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment in good working condition.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Requirements:

  • Pass background check and drug screening
  • Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
  • Wear safety glasses, hard hat, steel-toed or composite toed shoes, long pants while working
  • Remove all jewelry and accessories
