United Rehabilitation Services Dayton Adult Services Program Manager (Adult Services) Dayton, Ohio

This job reports to the Executive Director.

Relocation is not provided and travel is not required.

This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift.

United Rehabilitation Services (URS) provides a comprehensive array of support and services for infants, children, adults and seniors with disabilities or other special needs, from ages 6 weeks through elderly.

URS has the regions only Early Childhood Education Center servicing typically developing and those with special needs. On-site nurses and therapies are available to support our adults and children as well as staff throughout the day.

Job Skills/Requirements
The Adult Services Manager at URS will provide supervision, guidance and monitoring to Program Specialists/Case Managers, Nursing Coordinator and Recreation Specialist. Structure work situations and establish work methods for clients and staff. Facilitate intake, outcome, discharge and ISP process for department. Maintain positive relationships with referral sources and community partners to enhance and expand community inclusion services.

Education Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation or other related field; Masters Degree preferred
